Everyone was very nice but when I went to pick up my bags, there was no one at the front desk. I waited 30 minutes and no one came, I had to call the office and they were finally able to help.

wouldve been a 5 if I didnt have to ring the bell multiple times before they open the door. we came at 10am but they didnt open till 1020 ish.
The location was a bit hidden but the instructions for how to find it were clear. The host was very friendly and the process was easy.
