This isn't a luggage storage place; it is a gelato shop that will hold your bags for convenience's sake. I was surprised that there were no signs, no staff beyond the gelato shop staff member (I hope that person got the surprise $5 in extra fees I had to pay on top of the bag fees), and my bags were placed in the room behind the cashier area, on the floor, with tags on them and no real verification process upon pick-up.
