When I arrived to drop off my bags at this location (the Emeryville Market), this store said that they had not been partnered with Bounce for a while (due to lack of payment by Bounce) and refused my luggage as such. If this store was already no longer a Bounce vendor, I'm unsure why they are still on the platform's booking options such that I was able to book without a hitch (seeing 5-star reviews for this location as recently as 2-3 weeks ago, likely fake?), but had to find out at the store itself in-person that my reserva... read more
