Rented a bounce house for my sons 1st birthday last June, it was a fantastic experience and they made it SO easy dropping it off and picking up. Will be renting again for his 2nd birthday, excited to be repeat customers!
Jason from bounce in paradise went above and beyond to make sure my event went well even though it was supposed to rain the day of my event. Most companies would have canceled my booking but he made sure my 5 year old son still got to have an amazing birthday. I will be using bounce in paradise for all my kids birthdays :)

Unfortunately this rental experience lacked organization and communication. I had to reach out to confirm delivery (I was beginning to worry he wasn’t going to show) the address was requested multiple times, and the bounce house wasn’t properly secured or cleaned. Pickup was also missed and I had to remind to make it happen. For a birthday party, it created unnecessary stress. We’ll stick using Destination moving forward.
