The smiles said it all!!!!! Communication with them was great, slide arrived in plenty of time and worked well. Last year went smoothly. This year I was told I had to pay online through the app not pay cash on day of party (which it states you can do). I was messaged the night before party saying that the slide I rented wasn’t available due to an “issues” so they were bringing a smaller slide. Spoke to someone and they answered my questions but I have been calling for 2 days no answer and email response so me and my company are going to have to look elsewhere the selection is good so I am bummed out no one will get back to us after VM and emails.

Before renting from this company, I strongly recommend checking the Oregon Secretary of State business registry yourself. As of June 1, 2026, the business is listed by the state as administratively dissolved/inactive. The administrative dissolution was filed on July 24, 2025, yet the business continues advertising and operating publicly under an LLC name while renting equipment and using customer agreements and liability waivers. Great service, Jason made sure we were taken care of Even when we booked a couple hours before our event, the other company cancelled on us at the last minute causing mass panic.
