I had three daughters visited here yesterday and this place was horrible. 1. Very dark so my youngest child was so scare to play any thing 2. No update: the first time I have been here was 5 yr ago and now it still the same, old toys, old games, old designs. But prize is up $30 for 3 childs) 3. Boring: since no light, no update, no music, then the result is just a few customers and the environment is very quite. The kids spent about 15 minutes here and go. We recently attended a child's birthday party here and there was plenty of age appropriate activities for elementary aged kids. Our party room (1 of 3) had many decorations already set up, to include a few balloons and streamers hanging, that were a little random but if you do not care about the specifics it was a big help. There was water leaking from the ceiling onto one of the inflatables. Went to a kids Bday party the staff was awesome in accommodating us because our Pizza was late. The toddler area did have some leaks which is the only reason I rated 4 stars.
