I have been training with Sam and the team for over 6 months now and lost 10kg in the first 3months. Sam is an excellent trainer who focusses on nutrition as well as an excercise routine. In the last few months 3 of my friends have joined the group excercise classes and we all enjoy training together. The small class sizes are great to ensure we all work hard and get personal attention from the trainer. Bounce fitness offers a very warm & welcoming experience. The gym has everything needed to create a dynamic session whether you're a newbie or a season veteran. The staff are always friendly and on hand to help in any way. Sam as a trainer I would recommend highly his knowledge and ability to create a work out to help you reach your goals is superb. Another major bonus is the ability to utilize the tennis courts available. I would like to thank Bounce Fitness and the team for all their help and support. Steven
