I’ve only recently started seeing Jess for an ankle injury and the progress I’ve made already is incredible! She has such a wealth of knowledge and experience. She takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes you feel completely at ease with her beautiful personality. My ankle has been really sore and tight, but she always knows exactly what to do and say to help me relax so she can work on it properly. Honestly, she is an absolute gem and I can’t recommend her enough.

I have been treated by Jess for 2 separated issues, and each time during the treatment Jess explains everything clearly and maps out an exercise programme specifically for your condition.
