I suffered from an IT band problem that lasted for years. It was so bad, I had problems just walking up stairs, and it severely limited my mobility. I went through four PT therapists, before I met Charan, the head therapist at BB. He correctly diagnosed the problem, and started me on a program of message and exercises that resulted in the problem being fixed in about a month. And, eight years later, it has not returned. Bounce Back in my opinion is the best place if you need physical therapy.

I started with Bounce Back in 2007 with a calf injury and they were simply amazing. Now I have returned and have been with BBPT for about 2 1/2 years now. Why so long you might ask? My story is an amazing one. In June of 2014 I was diagnosed as a type 2 diabetic. My pain was getting worse. There are lots of options in our area for PT..but there is no place like BB. Hands down they know their stuff.. I have been a client sadly a few times over the years..and each time they get me back feeling stronger then before my injuries. I have recommended them to numerous friends over the years and I will continue to support them. 😀
If you're in need of PT, there isn't a better place to go on the Mainline than Bounce Back Physical Therapy! They actually make PT enjoyable and most importantly, it has been very beneficial. I was reluctant to continue with the standard medical procedures of cortisone and gel shots for my knee...I wanted to try other alternatives. I couldn't have made a better choice, I'm even back walking 18 holes when before I came to BB, I was unable to play at all. I couldn't recommend them more heartily!
