My husband had ordered the bouncy house on a Friday for our daughter’s birthday party on Saturday. He sent me to pick it up and I was clueless as to what i needed to do. When i got there I asked and they just told me to back up, I had to sign a paper and they had it all loaded in less than 5 minutes. Dropping off was also super efficient and easy. They were great I thought I was going to have to get a junior bouncer but they were able to get a bigger one in my backseat. No problems at all and staff was very friendly.
Only bouncy houses I use when I need any for birthday parties! Best customer service, the guys are fast to deliver it and put it up in an appropriate area, and tear down is fast as well! They are always respectful to property on where the bouncy houses are located at! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
