Let me pre-face this by saying that bounce around has wonderful customer service!! Although the entire actual experience with the castle was dreadful, it was not their fault by any means. I thought I could save some $ and pick up / handle the set up and what not myself. DO NOT DO IT! Spend the extra money. I ended up having to have them come pick it up because we could not get it back into the pick up after hours of messing with it I finally gave up. The delivery and pickup option is so nice. They came into our backyard and had the bounce house set up in 10 minutes and it was the same easy process for pickup. One less thing to worry about during a party!
I called to reserve tables and chairs for a event, very easy and fast! Great customer service!
