Orders a bounce house for daughters birthday. They never showed up and I was unable to get ahold of anyone. Still fighting to get money back.
We had a birthday party today slide never showed up
Awful customer service!!! We paid in full online for 2 slides. We were called 2 days later saying that the 1st slide we picked they no longer use. It is too big and for insurance reasons, (ok then take it off your website) and the other slide was already rented. I picked a different slide and needed a refund for 1 slide. They didn't know how to process. Then they decided the next day they didn't like my attitude so they were not bringing any slide. I still don't have my money and I paid over a week ago.
Don’t waste your time. This “company” is the epitome of terrible service from beginning to end. Not only will they flake and leave you scrambling to solve seating 50 people with no tables and chairs...they don’t have the courtesy to call you. They won’t answer the phone, ever, so don’t even try.
