Bounce-A-Lot was started five years ago by Rob and Tisha Addison. We pride ourselves on having the largest selection of bounce houses/water slides in the greater Texarkana, TX area at the lowest prices. We hold fundraisers with over 20 charities and fifteen schools in our area. For your next birthday party/fundraiser or business promotion give us a call. Called over a week ago to rent a bounce house...was told everything was set up and ready to go for my child's birthday today. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP AND WOULDN'T RETURN MY PHONE CALLS. Absolutely terrible business and I hope this doesn't happen to anyone again. Don't even take the chance! Ruined my daughter's birthday JERK!
I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY SEVERAL TIMES BEFORE, AND NEVER HAD AN ISSUE. THIS TIME, I'M NOT SURE IF THEIR UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT, BECAUSE THE SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE, AND THE MANAGEMENT HANDLED MY ISSUES VERY UNPROFESSIONALLY. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE AFTER THIS EXPERIENCE. ON 07/6/15, I CALLED AND SET UP RESERVATIONS FOR 1 BOUNCE HOUSE & A MINNIE MOUSE MASCOT FOR A COMMUNITY YOUTH EVENT WE WERE HAVING AT OUR CHURCH. Got on time for a good price but make sure you have correct change time it arrives (you aren't told when you actually pay). The guy stepped in and picked up the big trash after he set it up, once I got in I noticed vomit, gum, and small charms that I had to clean
