I recently took my mom to an appointment, and we both had a really positive experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt respected and well cared for. The staff communicated clearly with both of us, making sure my mom felt comfortable and heard throughout the visit. It really meant a lot to see her treated with such kindness and professionalism. Thank you for making the experience smooth and reassuring for both of us.
Great professional service for orthopedic orthosis/braces. Good location in Sherwood Park. Nice modern office/clinic. Lots of free parking. Rob does some really great work! Staff are all super friendly. A+
I had an appointment yesterday to be fitted for a unloader knee brace.First you are greeted by exceptional front desk staff. Rob checked my knee and luckily he tried a brace on me and adjusted everything on it, and had me walk around a bit, and it really fit perfectly. I couldn't believe I could actually walk more normal.I was actually walking like I had a stiff leg before.What a wonderful feeling.My knee feels so much more supported.I still can't believe I left with a fitted knee brace.
