Rented a property with Boulton & Griffiths during my time in Cardiff. James and Kirsty were always incredibly professional and attended to all my needs in an expedient manner. Avoid. Rented with these property managers a few years ago and it was a good experience untill we had moved in (once that commission cheque was cashed likely). The team seems way too small for what they have on. They rarely answer the phone, respond to emails querying issues with anything substantial, are painfully slow to fix anything and then rude about it. Left us with a broken toilet for months and advised us to use a bucket of water to flush it. Keen to blame issues reported on tenants.

James and the team have always been on hand when we as long term tenants have needed any assistance and have even replied to us out of hours to offer support when required. Super speedy when responding to any queries and have been able to sort out any issues we’ve had in an extremely timely manner with no concerns at all which is always massively appreciated.
Rented with Boulton and Griffiths for 12 months, they were easy to get in contact with when we had problems and very responsive to overcoming those problems. On occasions there were delays in getting round to solving whatever issue we had, but this was down to workload rather than negligence. They are a small team but are all hard workers. From start to finish they did their best to look after us and most of the time they were able to achieve this. I would recommend these agents if you are navigating the rental market!
