This review is for the Dexter location. I took my brand new timecutter max there for service at 6.5 hours for an engine noise. I got it back with 7 hours looking like it had been stored outside uncovered as the unit was very wet at 9am with the dew from that morning. After the machine had dried it had muddy waterspots everywhere. They also ran into it with something and there is a jagged exposed metal edge on the kickplate along with rust on the myride shock and inside both framerails. We just took delivery on our new tractor. So far the experience has been exceptional. Dealing with Mike in sales and Matt the owner, as of thus far been a pleasant experience and we are looking forward to a long successful business relationship. PTO malfunctioning from day one. Bought the tractor to work our hat fields and now…. We are paying someone to bale our hay anyway. Tractor still in their shop waiting for Kubota to send parts for the repair. So far I have my two purchases from Boullion: a Billy Goat leaf blower in 2022 and most recently a Toro zero turn 1 week ago. Each time the customer service has been excellent and the buying process smooth and easy. For my zero turn I worked with Mike Riley and I couldn't be happier. He knows the products well and was able to find me a machine that perfectly fits my needs.
