Took my Stihl chainsaw in to get it tuned up and the blade sharpened. Stopped in after a couple of weeks to see if it was done. I never received the quote that he said he texted to me, indicating that it needed a new carburetor at a cost of $182.00. I can get a new saw for $229.00 so no way I was going to pay that much for a new carburetor. I paid the $55 minimum labor charge and left with chainsaw in hand. I went In because I heard they do company accounts and the young lady behind counter said oh yea let me get the lady who does them and I was standing next to an older gentleman and she came up to him and said "yes we do company accounts" and he said "oh no it's for them" pointing at my employee and I. This review is for the Dexter location. I took my brand new timecutter max there for service at 6.5 hours for an engine noise. I got it back with 7 hours looking like it had been stored outside uncovered as the unit was very wet at 9am with the dew from that morning. After the machine had dried it had muddy waterspots everywhere. They also ran into it with something and there is a jagged exposed metal edge on the kickplate along with rust on the myride shock and inside both framerails.
