I dropped off my push mower for warranty repair @ 9am I was "greeted" I use the term loosely by Keri (manager) whom walked away from me leaving me standing in lobby to then shout "you can come over here" to a desk where she informed me it would be 4 weeks but the man I talked to on phone said bring it in shouldn't take me long? She then told me it would be at least a week before diagnosis & smacked a ticket at me without looking up saying "someone will unload from your car" no thank u kiss my donkey anything...
