Had a commercial mower in to be fixed under warranty. Was told commercial is priority. Had another mower ahead of mine to be fixed first. Almost 3 weeks later it was done. I inquired about the lengthy time it was taking. Was told waiting on parts this long was normal. Also was told that most commercial companies have more than one machine. They did give me a loaner. Brought my chainsaw in for repairs. Never was contacted when it was done being worked on (it had been done for over a week). After I picked up and paid for it I went to use my chainsaw that same day, and it's not revving properly and dieing doing simple cuts that this chainsaw has historically had no problems with.
