They are good on the easy stuff - booking simple flights - but they are really good on the tough stuff - helping you find options when you're flight gets grounded in a snowstorm in an unscheduled airport and you have a big meeting several cities away. Having someone look it all up and straighten it out for you sure beats running from carrier to carrier and standing in those miserable lines at the airline counters.
