I called while driving. My kitten was dying. And their answer? Sorry can't take another walk in right now. My kitten passed away. This was the closest location to me and they couldn't take a walk in. It wasn't just a pet to me. He was my baby. And I was just another walk in.
Horrible customer service from front desk lady ( older Hispanic with glasses ) super rude. I have been 2 times and each time have waited over 30 minutes and still not been seen due to refusing to wait ridiculous amount of time for a scheduled appointment. I do not recommend this place based solely on the fact that an appointment does not matter and they will see you when they feel like it.
Came in with a little emergency with my cat; accidentally snipped her when I was trimming her fur because she jerked. I had the worst panic and anxiety because this has never happened in the 9 years I've had her and she's my baby. They were so kind and understanding, handled with such care and near immediate service. It was my first time here and they really were fantastic.
