Today we had to make the decision to euthanize our beloved 14 year old dog. Both of the vets he had gone to have closed and we were faced with where to go in this situation. We came to Boulevard and we made the right decision. From the first phone call to the very end of the appointment, it was a wonderful experience as far as professionalism, kindness and compassion. I couldn’t rave about this place enough. And that’s not common after you have one of the most important family members put down. The doctor and his staff handled both myself and my cat Bonnie with compassion and empathy. I see some complaints about the wait time. You’re going to get that at any vet. This place is worth the wait for the best care for your loved ones. The last place I went to, was more interested in racking up the bill. This vet fixed a wrong that they didn’t cause. Very disappointing experience. We booked an appointment for our cats, but my fiancée woke up sick, so I had to bring them by myself. I arrived about 10 minutes after the scheduled time because the location was extremely difficult to find. The GPS brought me to the area, but there was no visible sign from the main road and no clear signage on the building.
