Dr Spisak is great. He is always great with my pets and really tries to care for them. Other than that...... There is no concern for getting your pet in. Their response is always "take them to an animal hospital". There are new people at the front desk every couple weeks. They are more concerned with adding up your bills high as possible than anything else. I've been double charged, which was fixed on my next visit. Their costs have become ridiculous. They took my doggy in for an “emergency” clean up, after rescuing him. They have also been trying to get me in as fast as possible for a follow up, because he’s a special case.
I took my two cats here individually, so I have 2 experiences to pull from. Here are my thoughts: Pros: -Low cost of services -Easy online scheduling system -Friendly staff -Clean facilities -Good at handling scared cats -Everyone on staff loves animals (especially dogs, which you can see by the decor & dog-only products they sell) -Dog on staff Cons: -Lack of customer service skills by one of the front desk ladies, as she had me standing around for 20 mins while my cat was meowing with stress, waiting to be checked out, whi... read more
