What a Rip Off I went in for a Water Pump,,, & was quoted a price of $890.00.... They wanted to do everything but, the kitchen sink... I went up the road & got it for less than $400.00.. It is a shame,, we have to stoop so low,,,

Unhappy customer – Had service on my older car last March and am having trouble with struts that were replaced at that time.. Went back to BT & they said it's the strut mounts this time & it will cost me another large cost to do the same labor that they did last year. Other repair shops said they change the mounts on older cars at the same time since the parts aren't too expensive and the labor is 4 hrs for job.
