First experience at the salon and it was amazing. He got a beautiful cranial massage as my hair was washed. Hairstylist adjusted my hair along the way to what I really wanted and with kind service.
Being a POC I never have felt more uncomfortable at a salon before. My stylist barely spoke to me, but spoke to everyone around. Asked me about 3 questions on what I wanted for my hair. And then chatted with everyone around me. I had gone in for a hair cut last year and just over all had a very uncomfortable experience. Now it might have been just a sad coincidence that I am a POC. I had been looking for a new stylist for a long time as mine retired. I finally found my person and my place. Heather is amazing. I’m so thrilled with my cut. It was hard for me to find someone that could cut a bob the way I like it but she is a pro and cut it exactly as I had explained. The salon has such a friendly vibe.
First time there and definitely will keep coming back !! Megan was so friendly, kind and very knowledgeable. i’m a very shy person and i didn’t feel shy at all. the atmosphere was very welcoming and relaxing and got my favourite products !
