The recent disregard for dressed up children for a holiday even that went chaotic has changed my previous 5 star review to a 1/0. I thankfully did not go, but if i had, and my son was dressed and excited to "trick or treat" and he was turned away.....I would have been calling the news channels. HORRIBLE to make children cry and think of how much more the charity could have made. We go to the Boulevard quite often. We go just for a ride, just to window shop, just to eat, we like it there. We are grateful for a beautiful place to go for all of the mentioned things, & there's always the obvious... SHOPPING = )
I'd give it zero stars if possible. Poor planning, poor management - will never shop here again nor do any kind of activity in this mall. Will stick to the more modern, cleaner, and BETTER RUN Galleria. Last night was an epic fail.
If there was a way to put zero stars for the trick.or treating....I would have..just awful change..really terrible...nothing but awful remarks from all...bad call Blvd. Mall..just awful
I can't believe that they "sold out" at Halloween at the mall!!! Had to explain to a 2 year old that they couldn't walk around with the other trick or treater's. Very disappointed. We will just hit the other malls from now on.
