Submitted a claim online. Got a call very promptly. Went through the claim and was told they would do a price comparison for the work we had done, and they would issue the claim if the comparison was in line and above our deductible. Got a text soon after stating our claim was approved, and a check would be in the mail. Received the check quickly. Painless process. Happy with my interaction.
