I've been loving this place for a long time. The food is solid, and the service is always really good. I also love the guy who runs the place. I can tell he actually cares about the business being successful. And I'll tell you in the year 2026 it's the ONLY decently priced diner in town. I go to eggberts and get charged 13 dollars for a sandwich that doesn't even come with fries.
I was very disappointed with my meal. I ordered a cheeseburger and chicken-fried steak, and unfortunately, neither was good. The cheeseburger was paper-thin, had an unpleasant taste and aftertaste, and did not seem like regular hamburger meat. The chicken-fried steak was also extremely thin and did not seem like steak.
