BLVD open and closed late just don't expect anyone there till after 12pm. Large milk bottle like seats in patio will bring out the kids in droves. Service is quick and friendly with very minimal wait time. Family atmosphere with adult boozy drinks. No samples on anything with alcohol and server must be 21 or older to serve you. Pinball and video games are available along with plethora of novelty.
Great place for frozen treats. It sucks that they're closing. MGM could have planned Monte Carlo's redesign a little better so it wouldn't have closed some good places open for just a few years.
Ice cream was good but not the best pistachio flavoured ice cream I have had. The banana caramel flavour was delicious!
