Bartlesville is so fortunate to have this place! Excellent stylists & amazing atmosphere. Communication is excellent, my calls & texts are always returned promptly. From the historic downtown building’s pressed metal ceilings, huge iron chandelier & distressed brick walls to the modern decor & equipment, it feels like an upscale city salon. Called 3 times never got a call back
First time with RILEE, and she chopped off my long hair. It was to my waist almost, and when she turned the chair around, it was just past my shoulders. 3 inches to her is more like 7 inches. She must not have wanted to highlight long hair. Never fall for the turn and look through a mini mirror trick! I'm blind Without my glasses, i was unable to see what she was doing. I was sick over it, and I still am. Never will I return. I'd be happy to share pictures with anyone!
I'm so grateful I found Riley at Boulevard Hair Color! She's an incredible stylist with such a warm personality. She's able to transform my former blah style to one I absolutely love!
