I hit a deer and my bumper needed replacing. They completed the job in 3 days! Looks like new. Had a very positive experience with Gerber.
Gerber assessed my car after I had been rear-ended. I want to commend them for being extremely empathetic, kind, and communicative during the entire process. Elizabeth was straightforward and clear in her explanation of the steps they take to create an estimate, and how they work with insurance (Progressive). Having to go through this process is always a hassle, but they helped to make it easier.
We came in for a minor auto body issue. They fixed it while we waited within 30 minutes when we were prepared for it to take much longer. Other places would have gouged us for a similar job. We were pleasantly surprised not just with their generosity with the pricing, but also their work. Scott was great! We highly recommend them and will go back if we need auto body work in the future.
I wasn't familiar with Gerber Collision Repair, so I took a chance on them and was I ever glad I did. Exceptional service! Taking calls at the front desk was Jennifer who was pleasant, helpful and prompt.
