I’ve come here numerous times since I moved to Middlesex. And sometimes I’ve been disappointed and other times it’s just OK but today after paying for the platinum car wash I feel that it’s been the worst experience so far The inside of my car did not look like they even wiped it with anything. It had no shine on the dash and the screen had fingerprints everywhere. I will not be going there again.
It was a good experience, my only issue was lack of direction.
I used the exterior service only. The bottom of my car parts of it was scuffed up from the rails.
They took 20 mins and were SLOW to the car infront of me, to then do my car and BARELY CLEAN IT. Ridiculous!!! Wasting money for no reason my car looks the same!!!
Lanes were too small to turn without running over cones (I drive a Silverado), windows were left with streaks and smudges on them, wrong package was rung up so had to be corrected, tire shine was never performed either...overall a bad experience under new ownership and I will not be returning.
