I trusted my car with this shop after a pretty bad accident and I seriously regret that decision. They work directly with my insurance company so that’s why I chose them. They have not kept me updated with a single thing. I’ve had to call them and bother them to get any information at all. They also have my insurance company an estimate in which my car should have been done already but still isn’t.
