I’m disappointed with my recent hair appointment. The hair color did not turn out the way I hoped or what I felt we discussed and unfortunately, I am not happy with the results. Not a great place to go if you want to lighten your blonde hair. My experience felt rushed and even after telling her I did not like my hair at all she still made me pay full price.
