Sometimes it's wonderful sometimes it's not and they change employees quite often, that should tell you something.
The rent office is very rude. If you need assistance its better to call your caseworker at tampa housing or a community family advisor. The rent office will report you for asking simple questions. I love my apartment because it is helping my family to become self sufficient, we have a project base voucher so comply with your workers and stay far away from the management rent office
The Related Group Leasing doesn't respond to email, phone calls or their website contact pages on any of their complexes. Dirty, nasty, falling apart, the lobby is a complete facade, if you took one step into the stairwell or any upper levels you smell nothing but rotting trash, weed, and mildew… I’ve only been through once, and that was more than enough filthiness to keep me from ever even looking in this places direction…
