One star because I can’t post zero. This place is awful. Chip is the epitome of a sleazy used car salesman who just blows smoke up your a**. Do not believe the positive reviews. This complex has a cockroach infestation and they do not clean before trying to rent it out to the next tenant. There is a reason there are so many available units, they cannot keep renters. I recently applied here. Please note how they work. When you apply they say that they are only going to charge you $50 for the application fee. What they don't tell you is that a $250 hold fee will automatically be taken out within 72 hours "FROM THE TIME THE APPLICATION IS PLACED" It takes 72 hours to process the application so the fee comes directly out. This place will try to drown you in fees so you are forced to move with them. I'm so glad I did not sign a lease, I could only imagine the horror that tenants are facing. ... read more
