DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! We were sick from black mold constantly, inundated with cockroaches all year, and the people in the front office (although doing their job) are NOT helpful. The property does not care about people AT ALL!! Only making money... For the mold, they had maintenance come out and caulk over it... For the cockroaches, when any of our neighbors in our building had their apartment sprayed, ours would get worse. The bugs just move around from apartment to apartment. One star because I can’t post zero. This place is awful. Chip is the epitome of a sleazy used car salesman who just blows smoke up your a**. Do not believe the positive reviews. This complex has a cockroach infestation and they do not clean before trying to rent it out to the next tenant. There is a reason there are so many available units, they cannot keep renters. After living here for years a small fire occurred in the contained stairway of my building on 12/4/22. A third party restoration company advised property management to shut down the entire building because of "asbestos." The next day testing results come back with only 1 single fiber of asbestos found between 4 floors and 62 units. Don't live here (the station on central in Phoenix). The front office, Daisy, is one of the least knowledgeable individuals I have ever met. I have lived here for 13 months now, been a great tenant. I got the renters insurance through their preferred vendor, ePremium, to avoid a security deposit. Well, my credit card expired and the email they sent saying payment didn't go through for the second year went to my spam box. I recognized the issue on 8/30, paid, it processed on 9/1. They charged me $100 dollars for TWO months ... read more

I recently applied here. Please note how they work. When you apply they say that they are only going to charge you $50 for the application fee. What they don't tell you is that a $250 hold fee will automatically be taken out within 72 hours "FROM THE TIME THE APPLICATION IS PLACED" It takes 72 hours to process the application so the fee comes directly out. This place will try to drown you in fees so you are forced to move with them. I'm so glad I did not sign a lease, I could only imagine the horror that tenants are facing. ... read more

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This facility has given me nothing but problems since I first moved in. Most recently, I went 30 days without hot water and AC! I had to report my issue to the state department because management refused to fix the problem. Managment did not return my calls or emails for several weeks and just made some poor excuses about the lack of contact. These building are old and out of date. The garages (for an extra fee) are constantly flooding. I had to invest in a pair of rain boots over the winter... read more

Dirty , old, Halls and elevators reeked of cigarettes and pot, way overpriced for the area, homeless people walking around the parking lot, rude office staff, incompetent maintenance staff. Only positive is the location is close to a freeway. If you are o.k. with all this and like to be nickel and dime to death, then move here, if not, stay far away.
