An outstanding bakery! Fancy breads and pastries galore. Don't pass this up if you are on a Gluten Free or Dairy Free diet. Plenty of scrumptious choices!
I admit to choosing Boule for my first morning in St Johnsbury for the exclusive reason that they open at 7, instead of later like so many places. It turns out they also make killer pastries and do a brisk business, understandably, in their breakfast sandwiches. Everything was delicious. I’ll be there again tomorrow at 7!
The sourdough bread is outstanding and easily holds its own against bread from some of the most celebrated bakeries. A real gem here in the NEK.
The breakfast sandwiches are excellent, wonderful croissants and cookies. Coffee beverages superb! Boule is always a stop for us whenever we’re in St J!
Tasty warm ham croissant with herbs, (not bland, appropriately seasoned).
