We called ahead about having an area rug cleaned. Made the appointment and brought the rug. A week later he said to pick it up. It was spread out in a dark warehouse, so not easy to see condition. No tag. My husband had to tell them which one it was. Ripped my husband off for $50 casd, which my husband paid. He got the rug home, unrolled it and they had not even vacuumed the rug! Dog hair, cat litter, stains were still on the rug. Nothing had been done. Total scam artist.
