Horrible and Rude Billing Department Wife had two children with this practice. We spent no less than 8K out of pocket, but were very happy with the docs. My wife continued with this practice for her yearly exams. Her insurance at work recently changed. The billing department sent us a bill for her yearly preventative exam and said our insurance was no longer valid. Easy fix, they had the old one on file. The Worst Office Visit Ever The staff was very unfriendly. They treat the patients not as people but as dollar signs. They don't care to actually help their clients, they only care about how much they can bill you. I went in looking for comfort and answers to help me through my pregnancy. Bridget I used this clinic for my 1st baby and will use them again - I got amazing care, attention and all the help I needed to have a natural birth the way I wanted to do it. I'd recommend it to anyone wanting 'the best' practice in Boulder. Yes.. they are busy - they are the most sought after clinic.
Wasn't even able to make an appointment When I called to make an appointment it took the receptionist 5 minutes to enter my information-- while putting me on hold twice. Someone else got on the line and put me on hold again when she came back she needed me to repeat all of my information. Overall, the call took 15 minutes and I finally hung-up without having made an appointment. If it takes 15 minutes to make an appointment I can just imagine how long it might take to get INTO the appointment. Yikes.
