I received excellent care here, including useful information that allowed me to engage insurance for my cataract surgery. The follow up care was thorough and Luis was very patient with me in selecting each aspect of my new glasses, which I greatly appreciated.
Great customer service. The front desk team was friendly and helpful. Dr Thomas was thorough as made some determinations that previous Optometrists that made sense that my prior doctors have not come up with. I would recommend My Eye Dr.
I have been going to this office for several years now. They have always had exceptional service. My most recently visit was less impressive. The optometrist insinuated I wasn’t smart enough to keep contacts of different strengths separate for comparison purposes. When I insisted I could, she accommodated, but was brisk and dismissive. I recommend asking for Dr Oneby when scheduling, she has alway been great and all the office staff are great.
