The wait staff were all extremely nice and helpful, except one woman that I can only assume is the manager. Without her, I would have gladly left 5 stars on the Service rating. The food was good but it was not worth the price. The view was gorgeous and the live music set a great mood.
Where do I even begin? This experience was, without a doubt, one of the most disappointing and frustrating dining experiences I have ever had the misfortune of enduring. Upon arrival, we were met with a wait time that was nothing short of absurd. We stood at the host stand for what felt like an eternity, completely ignored, while half-empty tables sat unclaimed around us. No apology, no acknowledgment — just indifference. Overlooking Lake Harmony, and food was amazing, a perfect family evening!
Fantastic service. Our waitress Erika was amazing. Flawless execution. This restaurant runs so efficiently its impressive:)
Amazing atmosphere but short rib was really dry and not worth the price. I would have gone with a less expensive dish for the quality.
