Explanation for surgery was very clear and easy to understand.
Having surgery with Boulder Valley Surgical Associates was an excellent experience. From the initial consultation to the check in and preparation with the nurses Dr Balduf and the anesthesiologist to the discharge and follow up, the overall experience went extremely well. Thank you to the team.
I always enjoy going to see Liz (PA) and Dr. Harmon. They actually take time to listen and relate to the whole person. Their caring is clear. They are doing this job for the right reasons.
The after care was horrible, two of the twelve nurses where good. Overall it was impossible to rest and recover, with the loud laughing from the nurses station all night. The bed was old, out of date, difficult to push the buttons. TV was horrible, couldn't search channels without going through them all. I could go on.
