I have a written referral which this office will not accept. They refuse to schedule an appointment. I had to call the referring doctor an have them fax the referral. This is incompetence at its finest. My insurance does not require referrals. If the doctor is accepting new patients I should be able to make an appointment. This is delaying my care.
