Boulder Valley Pathology billed me an entire, full year after my claim was processed through my insurance company. They were unwilling to take any accountability for this grossly untimely billing practice. With high deductible insurance plans and HSAs, it is very important to patients that billing occurs timely so that payments from HSA accounts can fall within the same year as deductibles.
