The doctors have been great. However, there seems to be something wrong with the record keeping and administration. My doctor moved to a new practice, and I was never notified. This delayed three of my medications from being refilled. I have been out of one of them for over a month now. I have called to refill another prescription twice, and the pharmacy still has not received it. I will be finding a new doctor's office, solely due to poor administration and record keeping practices.
I sent doctor Jonathan a message on the portal on 5/22 stating the new medication for my blood pressure was not working, I did not receive a respsonse within 7 days so on 5/29 I called this clinic and talked to the receptionist and expressed that my blood pressure was abnormally high, and was In need to switch back to my old medication. Still no response by 5/31 so I sent a follow up message in the portal. It is now 6/4 and have still had no communication from Johnathan. Staff is amazing!! Kind, welcoming and professional.
The doctor that I see in this office has treated me as though I am making up my symptoms. He rushed me to get an MRI done and then has sat on it for months with no answers. Meanwhile, I have blacked out three additional times. The most recent, I actually hit my head. But this doctor gives me the feeling he thinks I’m making things up. They refused to call you with results. They do not show any bedside manner or consideration for someone who has very serious symptoms.
