Staff is amazing!! Kind, welcoming and professional.
The doctor that I see in this office has treated me as though I am making up my symptoms. He rushed me to get an MRI done and then has sat on it for months with no answers. Meanwhile, I have blacked out three additional times. The most recent, I actually hit my head. But this doctor gives me the feeling he thinks I’m making things up. They refused to call you with results. They do not show any bedside manner or consideration for someone who has very serious symptoms. Such a great doctor's office experience. Staff was professional, pleasant and helpful. Dr. Creekmore was perfect. I'm a new patient and he spent almost an hour listening to my needs and understanding what I was looking for in a doctor.
DO NOT GO TO THIS PRACTICE> I wish I would've read the reviews first instead of trusting a Doctor rating site - I was also charged and insane amount due to the fact that I asked a simple question (what symptoms I should look for if I'm concerned about ___) when asked "if I had any questions" during my Preventative Care. Then was CHARGED FOR AN OFFICE VISIT because of it! The response warranted an extra 30 seconds of the nurse practitioner's time, tops - absolutely insane. Dr Darrell is a BRILLIANT CARING doctor. He does not rush you, he listens carefully, is very kind and gives good advice . I feel so comfortable around him. He follows up as well which is amazing!!!! Thank you Dr Darrell that I found a great doctor
