Ernie is not someone to work with. He attacked us in email for asking questions about how slow this year is going to get our taxes done. In the email he outlined how he’s lost 40% of his business to other tax companies and said he willfully did it because they are too small for such a big CPA as himself. He used AI and automation as well as Covid as reasons why our taxes were getting put on the back burner. He told us to go somewhere else as he has questions in his head about signing our return.
