Avoid!! The billing department is a disaster! They had a glitch in February and refunded all paid bills. They are now demanding payment a second time and preparing to send bills to collection. Stay away!!
Excellent Technology very poor customer interface on billing as well as poor execution with insurance. Avoid if possible. On a hunch I started the discuss between BSS and UMR insurance to pre-empt any problems. That didn’t work. Now 8 weeks post surgery I am still running interference, rejecting erroneous bills, etc. As verified to me by phone they pre bill patients and offer back refunds after insurance pays. I’ve never been asked to prepay other than the copay my insurance requires.
Doctor & nurses were great. Unfortunately accounting is not good… watch your bill! They cashed our check, then still tried to charge our account for the total amount after it was paid in full. The person I talked to just said there was no way for her to figure it out.
