Renters BEWARE!! I would never recommend Bender Properties! They have no accountability for their errors, the condition of their property (lost personal items due to water damage), and getting a response from the company is ridiculous. They will also steal your deposit money for unjustified or unethical reasons, no matter how spotless the unit was left. Jill Madsen (listed as the “President”) has been emailed on 3 separate occasions with absolutely no response. HORRIBLE service. Would NEVER recommend!
