After 2 seasons of struggle with my old ski boots, I feel very fortunate that I found Heather. We spent the two hours needed for a custom orthotic and new ski boot fit. Every minute was worth it. I can now spend 2-6 hours hiking around in the backcountry and the new boots feel like a snug hiking boot. Amazing difference. An unexpected additional benefit is much more responsiveness in my ski and boot combo, due to better turn initiation in a properly sized ski boot. Thank you for many years to come.

I have purchased shoe orthotics, ski orthotics and ski boots from Heather. Great experience every time. For the first time ever I have ski boots that really fit and orthotics that balance my stance. I could immediately feel the difference in my skiing. Shoe orthotics have also been excellent. Heather takes much more time with you than most providers and has a great service to refresh the orthotics each year. If you are unsure how to buy a good fitting ski boot for your unusual feet, look no further than this shop!! Heather analyzed my feet and ankles, crafted an orthotic and selected an appropriate on-line ski boot at my request. (I purchased these separately).
