After 2 seasons of struggle with my old ski boots, I feel very fortunate that I found Heather. We spent the two hours needed for a custom orthotic and new ski boot fit. Every minute was worth it. I can now spend 2-6 hours hiking around in the backcountry and the new boots feel like a snug hiking boot. Amazing difference. An unexpected additional benefit is much more responsiveness in my ski and boot combo, due to better turn initiation in a properly sized ski boot. Thank you for many years to come.

I have purchased shoe orthotics, ski orthotics and ski boots from Heather. Great experience every time. For the first time ever I have ski boots that really fit and orthotics that balance my stance. I could immediately feel the difference in my skiing. Shoe orthotics have also been excellent. Heather takes much more time with you than most providers and has a great service to refresh the orthotics each year. Wonderful boot liner molding experience for new AT boots with Heather! It’s great to work with someone who is extremely competent, knowledgeable and experienced in her craft.
