Dr. Chai and his staff are wonderful. Our son has his first procedure with Dr. Chai, he could not have been more kid, warm and engaging. Our son had anxiety prior to the procedure, we contacted the office the day before only to have Dr. Chai call us and walk our son through the process. Can not speak highly enough about this office and Dr. Chai.
Very friendly front desk staff and nursing team. Dr. Chai was thorough in his explanation of the procedure and super personable and caring during and after. He did an excellent job with the surgery and my son has experienced no complications and is healing well. Thank you!
