I bought my vehicle new from this location with thirty miles on it (platinum). I brought it back here to be service after eleven years. Overpriced and inefficient. I have had 2 appointments to find the cause of my car randomly shutting down. Nothing. I brought it back to have 2 cosmetic things fixed. After 5 hours I was told that only one could be accomplished. Finally it is nearly impossible to get the service center pick up the phone. So disappointed. I will find a neighborhood mechanic. I am reducing my rating to 1 star b... read more

Run! Choose any other dealer. The way management responds to every negative review here pretty much sums up how they will treat you as soon as they hook you. They belittle customers, push them around, and don’t take responsibility for their actions. The car that we leased from them was constantly in for an “undiagnosable” safety issue with the vehicle. Incredible experience!! From start to finish in only two hours and I was trading in two vehicles!!! My sales consultant was Roman. He is very professional and low key while providing much appreciated guidance during my vehicle selection decision process. Thank you to Lorenzo and Anthony for a quick and easy purchase for our new Leaf. We were worried about the transition to an EV but they answered all our questions, shared our different options, and were patient with exactly what we wanted.
