Not sure why this place is getting so many negative reviews. It seems like it’s mostly centered around the front desk staff and billing. I was referred to Dr Nanney from my primary doctor for a herniated disk in my lower back. I already had the X-rays and MRI done before I scheduled my consultation appointment which sped up the process of getting my surgery done. DO NOT GO HERE. The front desk is a nightmare to work with. They will take your money and are not willing to help you. There is a reason why Dr. Nanney and Boulder Neurosurgical has poor reviews. THERE ARE OTHER OPTIONS, so I implore you to avoid the poor treatment. There is no reason why apathetic and unkind workers in patient care should have the opportunity to be in customer service.
Got the run around about my treatment and what was suggested, didn't help at all. It was a total waste of my time.
I would NOT recommend this place to anyone who is seeking help to get answers to any back pain they are having. They have done nothing for my husband but reschedule him and take his money. They first wouldn't take him as a new patient due to not having a referral in their system, which had previously gotten sent to them from his physician, he then had to see a completely different and random physician in order to get yet ANOTHER referral, then appointment day comes and they reschedule him due to his MRI disk not being correc... read more
