I saw Dr. Erik Parker for a head injury caused by a skiing accident. From the very first moments of my visit I knew I was in good hands. Dr. Parker is very courteous and professional. He explained my situation to me clearly and in terms that I could understand. He also advised me what to do if my symptoms worsen. It was a very reassuring visit for me.
please do your research...if your looking for sometimes flat out rude staff, double or triple booked 45 minute waits past your appointment time, terrible management/owenership, and SHOCKINGLY neglegent doctors and/or PA's, this is the place for you. I had switched doctors three times in this place before realizing that it just shouldn't exist, I'd be surprised if they weren't the subject of more than several lawsuits concerning gross neglegence, some of the care from their providers is flat out dangerous. Dr Duhon listened very well to my story discussed my concerns in the context of my imaging. I appreciated his thoughtfulness and ideas.
I waited SIX months for an appointment regarding a complex nerve issue. I went to the appointment and the doctor I was assigned to was basically like “yeah I’m not the right doctors.” She left with 2 actions: 1) review an MRI and 2) out in an order to get in with the right neurologist. $500 for all this nothingness. Over two weeks later, neither of these things have happened.
