I cannot recommend Boulder MRI enough! I have a really strange insurance plan through my employer that usually causes a number of frustrating experiences with billing / scheduling departments. Not at Boulder MRI! I explained my situation to Daisy who immediately took figuring out my insurance as a personal challenge. She kept me up to date every step of the way and was always kind as she communicated with me. If you have medical anxiety or just find navigating healthcare stressful, Boulder MRI is your place!
The staff at Boulder MRI are outstanding, incredibly caring. After a terrible experience at another facility, I was treated with exceptional care by the director and staff. I give this group the highest possible rating and beyond. So grateful to have found them. I have never encountered a medical group who cared about a patient as this group did. It was an honor to work directly with the director Lindsay who listened and acted on my every concern. Again, exceptional patient care.
Friendly, fast, efficient, helpful. Everything you could want in a medical diagnostic facility. Happy to come back here anytime… which will be next week
