It has an irrigation system and timer (boulder landscape) charged us a very reasonable price. I feel that what we had done was very fairly priced. The crew came through very efficiently, and the owner himself did the layout and rockscape, and hand selected well formed moss rocks that emulated a retaining wall since our property has quite a grade.
